What you’ll do:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and operations-savvy Marketplace Operations Executive with experience managing brand presence across leading fashion e-commerce marketplaces in the region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in catalog setup, product listing ads (PLAs), inventory syncing, and managing overall channel health — ideally for a fashion brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day trading and operational activities across multiple marketplaces.
Handle catalog creation and maintenance, ensuring product listings are optimized and up to date.
Set up and manage Product Listing Ads (PLAs) to drive visibility and sales.
Ensure seamless inventory syncing between internal systems and marketplace platforms.
Monitor and resolve listing issues, price mismatches, and order flow discrepancies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (content, pricing, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
Track and analyze performance metrics to support sales growth and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, ideally within a fashion brand.
Prior experience managing marketplace accounts on at least 2 of the following platforms: Noon, Namshi, Amazon, Trendyol, Myntra.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce cataloguing, inventory syncing, and platform-specific requirements.
Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleanup and analysis).
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.
