About the role
We’re a Dubai-based digital content and media company. Since 2016 we’ve built and managed a catalogue of over 10,000 music releases, distributed worldwide to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Meta and every other major streaming platform.
This is a hands on execution role. You’ll own the day-to-day operations that keep the catalogue running: uploads, metadata, reporting, social content, working directly with our label manager. If you do it well, the role grows.
What you’ll do
Catalogue & distribution operations:
– Prepare and upload new releases through our distribution platform
– Manage track metadata: titles, credits, ISRCs, release dates, artwork specifications
– Maintain the release calendar across all artist brands
– Document processes, keep files organised, support the team where needed
Reporting & data:
– Pull monthly performance exports from Spotify for Artists, YouTube Analytics and our royalty dashboard
– Maintain performance trackers in Google Sheets / Excel
– Flag anything unusual – a track that’s suddenly spiking, a track that’s dropped off a playlist
Social media & content:
– Plan and schedule short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) across our artist brands
– Write and optimise YouTube titles, descriptions, tags and chapters
– Brief our graphic designer on assets
– Track what performs and adjust accordingly
What we’re looking for
– You are based in Dubai, UAE.
– Affinity with the music industry is a bonus.
– Good understanding of music genres and structure
– Organized and detail-oriented
– Comfortable with spreadsheets and any admin tasks
– Strong English communication, Arabic is a bonus
– Passion for music
– Proactive and willing to help where needed
Contract Details
– Full-time (up to 40 hrs/week)
– 6-month trial.
– On-Site Monday to Friday, office located in Dubai Media City next to the metro station.
– Long-term collaboration preferred.
