Our Client, a Corporate Services Provider is looking for a Operations Executive, preferably from countries such as Indonesia, Myanmar, Thailand; as this role has a lot of interaction with Clients from that region.
Role Description The Operations Executive – Corporate Services Provider is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This position is responsible for coordinating and executing day-to-day operational activities that support corporate services, including documentation handling, data entry, and process tracking. The Operations Executive will liaise with internal teams and external clients to ensure timely completion of client requests, regulatory requirements, and service deliverables.
Qualifications
- strong Client Relationship skill with previous experience with a Corporate Service provider.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to work with digital tools and databases.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Understanding of corporate services, HR administration, or business support functions is preferred.
- Prior experience in operations, corporate services, or office administration in Dubai or the wider GCC region is an asset.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to evolving processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
