Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Operations Executive to support our growing business. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, efficient project execution, and high levels of customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrder & Operations Management
- Manage the full sales order lifecycle from quotation to invoicing
- Coordinate with the sales team and clients to ensure smooth order execution
Procurement & Inventory
- Plan and prepare purchase orders for required materials
- Track inventory and consumables for fabrication and installation
- Ensure timely procurement of daily-use materials
Production & Planning
- Prepare detailed installation plans for screens, pergolas, shade sails, and aluminium structures
- Release cutting plans for fabrication to the shop floor
- Coordinate production schedules with installation timelines
Scheduling & Execution
- Create and manage installation schedules based on production capacity and resource availability
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines
Customer Service & Team Coordination
- Maintain high customer service standards through regular coordination with installation teams
- Ensure adherence to processes and quality standards
- Support issue resolution and client communication
Requirements
Experience & Background
- Engineering background (Mechanical preferred)
- 2–3 years experience in aluminium, metal fabrication, or similar SME environment
Skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Good understanding of numbers, costing, and commercial aspects
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
Other Requirements
- Ability to manage and coordinate shop floor and installation teams
- Good communication skills (English required)
