Operations Executive Jobs in Al Quoz at AL MARAYA RENT A CAR
Looking for an idle candidate with following experience
* Coordinate daily vehicle deliveries and collections as per bookings.
* Monitor fleet availability, utilization, and vehicle status.
* Ensure timely vehicle registration (Mulkiya), insurance, and passing/renewals.
* Coordinate with workshop/maintenance team for servicing, repairs, and inspections.
* Assign drivers and manage schedules for smooth operations.
* Handle customer issues related to vehicle delivery, replacement, or breakdown.
* Ensure all documents (contracts, Mulkiya, insurance) are properly maintained.
* Update ERP/CRM systems with accurate vehicle and operational data.
* Coordinate with sales and accounts departments for smooth workflow.
* Track traffic fines, Salik, and other operational expenses.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
