About the Role:
As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring smooth bookings, and optimizing our long-stay accommodation services. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Oversee and manage end-to-end booking processes for long-stay accommodations.
✅ Coordinate with property owners, real estate developers, and hospitality providers.
✅ Ensure seamless execution of travel services and optimize workflow efficiency.
✅ Monitor supplier contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).
✅ Support the integration of suppliers into our online booking system.
✅ Resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
✅ Track KPIs and prepare operational reports to improve performance.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 3+ years of experience in travel operations, hospitality, or a related field.
✔ Strong knowledge of reservation systems, travel industry trends, and supplier management.
✔ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
✔ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Proficiency in CRM tools, booking platforms, and Excel.
✔ Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred).
