Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall daily operations of the exchange; managing connection with client projects, communicating the project requirements, and promptly responding to and resolving operational problems to ensure business projects are processed seamlessly and efficiently.
Monitor daily liquidity conditions and market dynamics. If abnormalities are detected, promptly identify and coordinate with the technical department to lay out solutions. Must possess the ability to make thoughtful decisions in crisis situations. Focus on the latest operational methods, gather information on trends and competitive research data, and suggest fresh strategic recommendations to advance business tie-ups for the company.
Monitor and analyze daily operations data systematically, enhance operational paths and strategic methods to increase efficacy, save budget, and optimize the overall quality of company operations.
Through reports of business data analysis, provide
leadership
with insights about business trends, results, and competitive situations to support new
strategic decision-making
.
Handle customer issues, demands, and feedback to ensure customers receive satisfactory strategies and maintain good customer relationships.
Possess highly positive team cooperation; collaborate closely with different departments to gather accurate information and manage resources to fulfill business needs.
Assist new employees by providing necessary guidance and experiential support to help them quickly adapt to the
work environment
.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the field of blockchain exchange operations.
