We, BKLER Dubai is one of the leading Heavy Equipment Rental company in UAE established in 2002, with branch offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah catering to the Equipment requirements of Construction, Marine, Oil& Gas, Manufacturing & Trading industries. We have a fleet of above 100 equipment which includes mobile cranes, excavators, JCB, Showel etc.
We are looking for a candidate (Age 27 to 40 years) as Operations Coordinator. Salary is based on the experience and competency.
Experience required 5-7 years GCC/Home Country experience with active involvement in commercial activities.

- The ideal candidate must be able to handle day to day operations effectively.
- He/She must have organizational and time management skills, ability to work under pressure, people oriented and sensitive to customer’s needs.
- He/She should be versatile, well rounded, presentable, analytical, problem-solver, and resilient.
- He/She should be responsible, strong coordination and follow-up skills, proactive behavior, speed and accuracy in all works
- He/She should have excellent communication skills in English and should be able to speak in Hindi.
- The industry is operating 24×7 and as there may be immediate mobilizations as per the customer demands and hence, candidates should be flexible in timings and goal oriented.
- The industry will be suitable for those who give priority to assigned tasks.
- Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage
