We are seeking an experienced Operations Branch Manager to manage the branch operations across the UAE within a retail/supermarket environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full branch operations including staff, sales, inventory, and daily performance
- Ensure smooth and efficient store operations and achievement of targets
- Lead, supervise, and develop branch staff
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and operational standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
- Maintain service quality, efficiency, and profitability
- Coordinate closely with supervisors and area managers and provide regular operational updates
Reporting To:
- Supervisors and Area Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in retail/supermarket operations
- Strong leadership, operational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage full branch operations independently
- Willing to work across the UAE
