Operations Assistant / HSE & Crewing Supervisor – Dubai (Full-Time)

SEAMAX Ship Management LLC is hiring a proactive, results-driven Operations Assistant / HSE & Crewing Supervisor to lead HSE compliance while supporting day-to-day vessel operations and crew management across multiple offshore projects.
Key Responsibilities
- HSE: Conduct onboard inspections/audits, toolbox talks, maintain training logs, permits/MSDS, incident reporting, and CAPA tracking; drive a strong safety culture.
- Operations: Coordinate port calls, marine logistics, vendors/agents, documentation, and vessel readiness/compliance support.
- Crewing: Manage end-to-end crew changes, certification/training/medical compliance, onboarding, and manning agency coordination.
- Liaise with client HSE/safety teams and Class/Flag (as required), and support management reporting.
Requirements
- Must have prior sailing (sea-going) experience on offshore vessels.
- 5+ years in maritime HSE with offshore vessel operations/crewing experience (UAE/GCC preferred).
- Strong knowledge of compliance documentation and incident investigation follow-up.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with QHSE/ship management systems is a plus.
- UAE driving license and workshop experience will be considered an advantage Apply
