Job responsibilities:
As an intern, you will assist the Operations Manager in the business expansion and daily operations of Bybit’s Financial Product division. This position requires supporting the implementation of expansion strategies, monitoring market trends, analyzing competitors, and organizing marketing campaigns.
Specific responsibilities include:
Assist the Operations Manager in monitoring market trends and competitors: Analyze market trends and competitors, collect information about competitors to develop corresponding expansion strategies, and adjust plans at any time to ensure the competitiveness of Bybit’s wealth management business
Assist the Operations Manager in developing and organizing offline and online User Acquisition and Activation activities, collecting and analyzing activity data to continuously improve and optimize the quality and efficiency of activities
Assist the Product and Development department in optimizing products, provide real and reliable user opinions and suggestions and feedback internally, and participate in product design and optimization processes
Complete the work assigned by superiors on time.
Job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above
Good English and Chinese in reading/writing/listening/speaking skills
Good learning and execution ability, serious and responsible at work, good at communication
Work location: Dubai and Abu Dhabi
Working hours: Internship period of no less than 4 months, working days of no less than 4 days per week, and no less than 6 hours per day
Bonus points:
Internship experience in the Internet industry, finance, and blockchain industry is preferred

Previous internship experience (previous works need to be submitted)
