We are seeking an experienced Operations Area Manager to oversee retail/supermarket branches across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits across assigned branches to ensure smooth daily operations
- Coordinate closely with branch managers and supervisors to maintain operational standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, food safety, and hygiene standards
- Monitor store performance, staff productivity, attendance, and shift management
- Oversee inventory control, stock availability, and loss prevention
- Identify operational gaps and implement improvements across branches
- Report findings and updates directly to the Operations Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within retail/supermarket operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- UAE valid driving license (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel across UAE for branch visits
- Strong coordination and communication skills
