We are hiring for one of our clients for the below requirement in RAK.
Job Details:
Role: Process & Operational Excellence Specialist
Employment Type: 1 Year & Extendable Contract, outsourced
Work Location: Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates
Notice Period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 15-30 days of notice
Required Experience:
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in process improvement, CX / journey optimization or operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, Operations Research or a related field; equivalent areas with suitable experience considered.
- Previous experience as a Process Re-Engineering Management Consultant.
- Hands-on experience in CX / customer journey optimization and process re-engineering, including journey mapping, value stream mapping and process analysis.
- Experience quantifying process performance (TAT, productivity, waste) and translating findings into improvement opportunities.
- Exposure to optimizing customer journeys on Salesforce or a related CRM system is a strong plus; exposure to SAP / real estate systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency with process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., value stream mapping or equivalent)
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills (Excel, Power BI or Tableau) and SQL.
- Working exposure to Salesforce and/or SAP ERP, and to agile ways of working on transformation projects.
- Structured, analytical approach to problem solving with strong attention to detail.
