Client for Kafa’at is looking for an Operational Excellence Analyst (Consultant)
We are looking for a talented Operational Excellence Analyst to join our team in Riyadh! If you’re passionate about improving operational processes and want to play a key role in driving performance improvements, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Role Summary:
As an Operational Excellence Analyst, you will support initiatives to enhance efficiency, improve processes, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, analyze performance data, and implement sustainable solutions that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Contribute to the design and execution of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement strategies.
Assist in process mapping and documentation (current state vs. future state) to guide optimization efforts.
Build dashboards and generate performance reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Help develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operational standards, and improvement plans.
Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to foster change and improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or performance analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on complex data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio).
Fluency in both Arabic and English (both written and verbal) is required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
