In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing operational support while nurturing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Your ability to maintain strong client relationships while coordinating operational tasks will be key to driving the success of our services.

Responsibilities

Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows

Build and maintain productive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations

Provide operational support by coordinating logistics processes and addressing client inquiries

Assist in the management and resolution of client issues, ensuring timely responses and effective solutions

Monitor customer satisfaction levels and provide feedback to management for service improvement

Prepare and maintain documentation related to client interactions and operational performance

Collaborate with internal departments to enhance service offerings and operational effectiveness

Analyze client data to identify trends and potential areas for operational improvement

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field

Proven experience in customer relationship management or operational support, preferably in the logistics industry

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Arabic/English

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build lasting client relationships

Adaptable to the dynamic nature of the logistics environment
