OPERATION MANAGER FEMALE – CLEANING SERVICES Jobs in Dubai at Eco Facility Management LLC
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Female Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our cleaning services company. The candidate will be responsible for managing cleaning teams, client requirements, staff schedules, service quality, site operations, and overall operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with experience in the cleaning, facilities management, hospitality, or related service industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily cleaning operations across all assigned sites.
- Plan and coordinate staff deployment, duty rosters, shifts, leave, and replacements.
- Ensure adequate manpower is available at all locations.
- Supervise cleaning supervisors, team leaders, and cleaners.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning standards and company procedures are followed.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
- Handle client complaints, feedback, and service-related issues promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the HR and recruitment teams regarding manpower requirements, attendance, and staff issues.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, performance, uniforms, grooming, and discipline.
- Arrange replacement staff in case of absence or emergency.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor cleaning materials, equipment, chemicals, and consumables.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and company assets.
- Conduct staff training and ensure employees follow proper cleaning procedures and safety standards.
- Monitor site-specific cleaning checklists and service schedules.
- Assist management in developing operational procedures and improving service efficiency.
- Control operational costs and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with clients regarding schedules, additional services, manpower requirements, and special cleaning projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and applicable UAE regulations.
- Handle emergency operational situations and provide quick solutions.
- Support business development and management teams when required for site visits, quotations, mobilization, and new contracts.
Candidate Requirements
- Female candidate with proven experience in operations management, preferably in a cleaning services or facilities management company.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant operational experience preferred.
- Strong experience in managing cleaning staff and multiple client sites.
- Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, chemicals, and quality standards.
Pay: AED4,500.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
