We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, improve efficiency, and ensure smooth functioning across all departments. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations management (fitness/hospitality industry is a plus)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational systems
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the facility
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure targets are achieved
- Lead, train, and supervise staff across departments
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Manage budgets, expenses, and cost control measures
- Coordinate with HR on staffing, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations
- Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
