We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare, particularly in homecare services.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of our homecare services in Abu Dhabi
Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to clients in their homes
Manage and coordinate staff, including caregivers, nurses, and administrative personnel
Monitor and improve operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
Develop and implement strategies for growth and service excellence
Handle client and staff concerns with professionalism and care
Requirements:
Proven experience in healthcare operations management, especially in homecare services
Strong leadership and management skills
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices in homecare
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Arabic language proficiency is required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
