The Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Rashat Somsom, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, food quality, customer satisfaction, and team performance across all branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and restaurant teams.
- Monitor sales, food cost, labor cost, inventory, and overall profitability.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer experience.
- Oversee inventory, purchasing, and waste control to optimize costs.
- Monitor delivery platform performance and support promotional campaigns.
- Analyze operational performance, prepare reports, and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the business.
