Planning Engineer

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using software like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Coordinate with project managers and teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Track project progress against the schedule and provide updates to stakeholders.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Analyze and optimize labor, materials, and equipment resources to meet project goals.
Identify potential delays and provide mitigation strategies.
Work closely with various departments to ensure timely project execution.
Facilitate communication between engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

QS Engineer (FOCUS ON MEP)

Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and tender documents.
Conduct detailed cost analysis to ensure financial efficiency.
Manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, including variations and claims.
Evaluate bids and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
Oversee the procurement of materials and services to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Prepare interim and final payment applications.
Verify subcontractor bills and manage cash flow forecasting.
Identify cost-related risks and implement measures to mitigate them.

Document Controller (DC)

Maintain accurate records of all project documentation, including drawings, contracts, and correspondence.
Ensure proper documentation standards are followed, including version control.

Oversee the installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Ensure all systems function properly and meet performance requirements.

Perform tests on materials and workmanship to confirm quality.
Review and approve inspection reports and test results.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions.

DRAFTSMAN

Use AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SketchUp, or other software to create construction drawings, product drawings, or process flow diagrams based on design plans, sketches, or requirements from engineers or designers.
Ensure standardized and regulated drawings, making sure dimensions, annotations, and symbols comply with industry and company standards.
Collaborate with design teams, production departments, or construction teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements and make adjustments based on feedback.
Manage and archive drawings, ensuring version updates are accurate and traceable.
Provide technical support by participating in product development or engineering projects and modifying or optimizing drawings.
Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) lists as required for different projects.
Attend technical meetings to provide drafting support and address related issues.
Stay updated with the latest drafting technologies, industry standards, and software updates to continuously improve efficiency and skills.
