We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operation Executive to join our company Legal House & Plan My Firm. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing operational tasks, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and coordinating with authorities for smooth business setup and visa processes. The role requires strong document analysis skills, negotiation abilities, and proficiency in computing and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify business setup and visa-related documents for accuracy and compliance
Coordinate with government authorities (DED, MOHRE, GDRFA, Free Zones, etc.) to facilitate company formation, licensing, and visa processing
Negotiate and communicate effectively with government representatives to resolve issues and speed up approvals
Analyze legal and regulatory requirements to ensure client businesses meet UAE compliance standards
Maintain accurate records and update internal databases related to client applications and operations
Assist in problem-solving and troubleshooting issues related to licensing, documentation, and approvals
Handle administrative and operational tasks, including data entry, reporting, and workflow optimization
Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service efficiency
Requirements:
1-3 years of proven experience in related industry.
Strong understanding of UAE company formation laws, visa procedures, and government regulations
Excellent document analysis and attention to detail
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and government portals
Ability to multitask, prioritize work efficiently, and meet deadlines
Education : Must have bachelor degree
