Role Summary:
This is a pivotal role, requiring afunctional expertwho will leadoperational excellenceand wider operational capabilities across adiverseportfolio of companies. There will be a focus on driving efficiency, scalability, andinnovation, particularly insupply chainandprocurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement strategies to optimise operational performance across portfolio companies, with an emphasis on enhancing supply chain and procurement efficiencies while ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
Develop frameworks to standardise best practices across global operations, including procurement processes and supply chain management, while respecting the unique requirements of each company.
Advise and collaborate with portfolio companyleadershipteams on strategies for integration, scaling, and sustainable growth, with a focus on supply chain optimisation and procurement excellence.
Establish metrics and KPIs to track performance improvements, including procurement cost savings, supply chain agility, and operationalresilience, identifying growth opportunities.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:15+ years across a top strategy consulting firm with aproven track recordin Operations at a corporate or a PE portfolio business.
Language Skills:Fluency in English.
Project Management:Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver high-value, independent projects that create business impact.
Sector Experience:Experience in manufacturing or industrials.
