Job Summary
Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of professional baking experience
, be committed to maintaining high food quality standards, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, desserts, and other bakery products
- Ensure all baked items meet the company’s quality and presentation standards
- Follow recipes and maintain consistency in production
- Monitor ingredient inventory and inform management of stock requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety standards
- Operate and maintain baking equipment safely and efficiently
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of products
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Baker in a hotel, restaurant, café, or bakery
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required
