We are seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide L1/L2 technical support to senior leadership and office users covering Microsoft 365, Windows/macOS, mobile devices, meeting rooms, printers, and connectivity, with remote support for international offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 onsite and remote IT support to executive and corporate users.
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Support Teams, Teams Rooms, meeting rooms, printers, Wi-Fi, and connectivity.
- Assist with Entra ID, Intune, device enrollment, compliance, and M365 licensing.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (VLAN, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi).
- Provision devices, install software, patch systems, and support refresh cycles.
- Coordinate with vendors and international IT teams.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience in IT/Desktop Support or Systems Administration.
- Strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows, and macOS knowledge.
- Experience supporting VIP/executive users preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, and troubleshooting skills.
- Fluent English required; French is an advantage.
Pay: QAR7,000.00 – QAR10,000.00 per month
