Achieve the
sales targets
for productgroup through implementation of the strategy through differentbusiness channels and the right product-mix. Research &identify new business opportunities, implementing strategicinitiatives that enhance product visibility, improve userexperience, drive traffic, and ultimately increaseconversions.
Operations:
Manage order collection from customer, overseeinvoice generation, coordinate packaging, and communicate withlogistics for timely delivery and shipment handling. Responsiblefor managing and optimizing online Business processes. Overseeingvarious online operational activities, enhancing userexperience.
Data Analysis and Performance Reporting:
Coordinate with marketingteams to support online campaigns and promotions and optimizeproduct placements (Listing) to maximize visibility and sales.
Analyze ecommerce sales data, user behavior, and market trends toidentify
opportunities for growth
. Prepare regular reports andpresentations to share insights and recommendations withstakeholders.
Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships withprincipal to enable pricing support and acquiring of new business,product launch and marketing. Work closely with cross-functionalteams including Marketing, IT, customer service, and logistics tostreamline operations and improve online servicedelivery.

Staying informed aboutindustry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovativeideas that drive growth and efficiency within the ecommercedomain.

Qualification:
Bachelor’sdegree in business, Management, Marketing or a relatedfield.
