Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive the sales of premium roasted coffee beans across Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, a passion for coffee, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés), retail, and corporate sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase market share in Dubai’s coffee industry.
Identify and approach potential clients, including coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, and corporate offices.
Conduct product presentations, coffee tastings, and demonstrations to showcase our roasted coffee beans.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules to ensure successful deals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Represent the company at trade shows, coffee events, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or business development within the coffee industry, food & beverage, or HORECA sector in Dubai.
Strong network of contacts in Dubai’s hospitality and retail sectors is a plus.
Knowledge of coffee varieties, roasting processes, and brewing methods is highly desirable.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
