We are hiring an Online Sales Executive to manage our web-store inquiries, process customer orders, prepare quotations, follow up on sales, and help promote our marine products online.
Online Sales Executive – Web Store
Location: Umm Ramool, Rashidiya, Dubai, UAE
This role can include:
- Handling online customer inquiries
- Processing web-store orders
- Preparing quotations and invoices
- Following up with customers
- Updating products, prices, and stock availability
- Coordinating deliveries
- Promoting products through WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Maintaining daily sales and customer records.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are preferred.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Candidates with their own valid UAE residence visa are preferred.
- Familiarity with email, WhatsApp, Microsoft Excel, and online shopping platforms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn about marine products.
- Friendly, polite, and confident when communicating with customers.
- Able to prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up with customers.
- Organized, responsible, and attentive to details.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic English communication skills are required.
