Job Description
Cake Bloom is the first Korean-style cake shop in the UAE, specializing in custom-designed cakes and Lunch Box Cakes.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Online Reservation Agent to manage WhatsApp-based reservations and customer inquiries.
This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy in handling custom orders, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle and confirm cake reservations via WhatsApp
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collect and confirm custom cake order details (design, size, message, date, pickup/delivery)
- Coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure order accuracy
- Update, modify, or cancel reservations as required
- Maintain organized records of customer communications
- Manage urgent or last-minute changes efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in reservations, hospitality, or customer service
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Experience handling high-volume chat-based customer communication
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer systems
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays
