Responsibilities
- Administer and support One Identity services.
- Support identity lifecycle, user provisioning, and access management.
- Troubleshoot synchronization, authentication, and identity-related issues.
- Support integrations, changes, upgrades, testing, and deployments.
- Perform incident troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with Security, Infrastructure, business users, and vendors.
- Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities.
Requirements
- BSc. degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 3+ Yrs. of hands-on experience with One Identity.
- Experience with One Identity Manager and identity lifecycle processes.
- Good knowledge of Active Directory and enterprise authentication.
- Experience with user provisioning and access management.
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and support upgrades/integrations.
- Good understanding of ITIL-based Incident, Change, and Release processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- English & Arabic required.
- Ability to work onsite in Riyadh or offshore, depending on project requirements.
