Job Overview:We are looking for an enthusiastic Onboarding Coordinator to ensure a seamless integration of new employees into our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive onboarding experience that helps new hires feel welcomed and informed from day one.
Key Responsibilities
:Onboarding Management:Manage and oversee the entire onboarding process, from offer acceptance to the end of the initial training period, ensuring all new hires receive necessary information and resources
.Collaborate with Departments:Follow up and work closely with HR, hiring managers, and other departments to ensure the hiring and onboarding process is going smoothly
.Provide Support:Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires, who are addressing questions and concerns throughout the onboarding process
.Documentation Management:Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately and stored securely in compliance with company policies
.Weekly Reporting:Prepare weekly reports to update hiring managers on the onboarding progress, including new hires, completed activities, feedback, and action item
sConduct Orientation:Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture
.Feedback Collection:Gather feedback from new hires about their onboarding experience and identify areas for improvement
.Continuous Improvement:Assist in the development and implementation of new onboarding strategies to enhance the overall experience

s:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fiel
