THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We provide industry- and discipline-specific knowledge and expertise, amplifying our impact and helping us shape the future for our clients. Engagement Managers are the on-scene leaders who run our projects day to day. You willlead the teamthrough an efficient andeffective problem-solvingprocess from initial thought process through convergence on a solution.
You will ensure that recommendations are correct, practical, sensible, relevant, and cohesive. It’s a role that demands thoughtleadershipat the strategic level – and command of all the technical and operational details of execution. You will need greatcommunication skillsand the ability to forge strong relationships.

YOUR ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
At least 6-8 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization).
In-depth knowledge of topics specifically within the Digital industry.
Track record of managing teams and clients, and delivering against tight deadlines infast-pacedand demanding environments.
Ability to apply depth of content knowledge for thoughtleadershipin project execution.
Outstandingcommunication skills; comfort in presenting to senior executives, both internally and among clients.
A strong background in strategicproblem solvingwith demonstrableanalytical skills.
Aptitude for analytical work, like sniffing out clues in massive data sets or hunting down key issues in a hugely complex challenge.
Initiative in seeking out opportunities to learn new skills and put existing ones to good use.
An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
Willingness to travel.
