Purpose of the position: As Offshore Interface Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all interfaces between engineering disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of offshore projects.
How can you support us?
- Coordinate interfaces between different engineering disciplines (installation, structural, naval, pipeline, etc.)
- Act as a focal point between project teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Identify, track, and resolve interface issues and conflicts across project phases
- Ensure alignment between engineering deliverables and project execution plans
- Support the Project Manager in managing interface risks and ensuring timely communication
What are we looking for?
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in offshore projects or oil & gas sector
Languages
Must be fluent in English.
Technical Knowledge
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with offshore engineering and installation processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (including Microsoft Project)
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments
