Responsible and ensuring that the Aircraft and its associated components, equipment and maintenance records are maintained and updated to meet all relevant End User requirements.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Aeronautical/ Aircraft Engineering or related form a university or institute.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in aircraft maintenance experience in Avionics or related industry.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to read, write and understand Technical English.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Receive, review and archive maintenance records.
  2. Update logbooks.
  3. Update various binders managed by Technical Records.
  4. Issue and follow up Discrepancy Reports.
  5. Prepare and issue various reports such as Aircraft Utilization report, Engine utilization report, Engine LLP Status reports, etc.
  6. Liaises with colleagues within and outside Technical Records to ensure availability of up to date and correct Maintenance Records.
  7. Provide support to compile records for Aircraft transfers.
  8. Provides recommendations and improvements of technical procedures and processes.
  9. Collect status of fleet, GCS, GSE, cannibalization, maintenance materials, AOG/IOR etc. on daily basis and report to end user.
  10. Ensure all maintenance activities are completed according to scheduled/unscheduled maintenance plan and feedback to end user if there are any incomplete tasks.
  11. Follow up the unscheduled parking of aircraft and GCS due to technical modification, troubleshooting, maintenance issues or AOG/IOR, and update customer, as and when required.
  12. Coordinate with customer for their additional requirements including and not limited to urgent staff deployment, temporary change for flight, aircraft maintenance etc.
  13. Prepare deployment plan and ensure that the readiness of aircrafts, GCS, GSE, Tools, POL, personnel/specialists, materials, GHE/GSE.
  14. Generate technical reports including and not limited to minutes of meeting, safety investigation etc. for internal and external purposes.

  • Must have strong charismatic and delegating attributes.
  • Must be a team oriented able to operate in a multinational and multi-cultural environment.
  • Preferred Skills: Knowledgeable on computerized Aircraft maintenance System.
  • Must be able to communicate well with others, instill a team-work mentality, and lead by example.
  • Ability to travel to FOB and remote working sites, work overtime and different shifts at short notice.
  • Must work well with other departments.
