Job Purpose:
The Graduate Officer will support the Marketing & Communication team in executing marketing campaigns, managing internal and external communications, and contributing to initiatives that enhance the Bank’s brand presence and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events).
- Support content creation for social media, newsletters, press releases, and other communication materials.
- Help coordinate events, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
- Assist in managing the Bank’s social media presence and monitoring digital engagement.
- Support the preparation of marketing reports and campaign performance analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Assist in maintaining marketing databases and communication records.
- Participate in market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with corporate communication policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Journalism, Media Studies, or related fields.
Other Skills:
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, communication strategies, and digital media.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
