As Shamal Holding continues to grow, we are seeking to hire anOfficer – Administration. The role holder will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of documents within the group, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with internal and external regulations, including general administrative responsibilities for the CEO Office.

Responsibilities:

Maintain document management policies and procedures.

Adherent to document control processes to ensure version management, access control, and document retrieval.

Monitor document lifecycle stages, including creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure documents are accurate, complete, and properly formatted.

Conduct regular audits of documents to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, as required.

Train relevant stakeholders on document control procedures and best practices as and when needed.

Troubleshoot issues related to document management systems and provide technical support as needed.

Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information contained in documents.

Focus on organizational and time management with a keen eye for detail.

Effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with key stakeholders, as required.

Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Provide full administrative support, monitor office operations & procedures.

Perform day-to-day administrative tasks for Administration and the CEO Office, as and when required.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

High school diploma, additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.

A minimum of 2 years experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
