Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with local and international safety standards.
Investigate accidents and incidents, provide reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Provide safety training and conduct safety drills for employees.
Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other safety measures.
Collaborate with management to maintain a culture of safety and compliance across all departments.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Safety Officer or in a similar role.
NEBOSH, IOSH, or any other recognized safety certifications.
Strong knowledge of local safety laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
