Office Secretary with PRO Experience – Caraco Company

We are looking for an experienced Office Secretary with PRO (Public Relations Officer) experience to join our team at Caraco Company. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

Qualifications & Skills:

* Proficiency in accounting and familiarity with QBMS and QuickBooks software.

* Proven experience as a PRO, handling visa processing, company registration, and license renewals.

*Freshers are welcome to apply.

*Can join immediately

* Strong organizational and administrative skills.

*Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills

* Excellent communication skills in English.

* Ability to coordinate with government authorities and ensure compliance with regulations.

* Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

* Managing daily office operations and administrative tasks.

* Assisting with financial records, bookkeeping, and accounting using QuickBooks & QBMS.

* Handling visa applications, work permits, company registration, and license renewal processes.

* Coordinating with government offices, free zones, and regulatory authorities.

* Ensuring company compliance with legal and governmental requirements.

* Providing clerical and secretarial support as needed.
