Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

SELECTED is working with a leading global law firm to hire an experienced and highly organised Office Manager for their Abu Dhabi office.

This is a key operational role within one of the world’s most respected law firms. The successful candidate will take ownership of the day-to-day management of the office, ensuring an efficient, professional, and compliant working environment that supports a high-performing legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all administrative and operational functions of the Abu Dhabi office

• Act as the main point of contact for office-related matters, liaising with local authorities, suppliers, and internal departments

• Manage and support a team of administrative staff, including reception and facilities

• Partner with HR and Finance on local recruitment, onboarding, training, budgeting, and supplier management

• Ensure compliance with local laws, firm-wide policies, and health and safety standards

• Maintain a high standard of office functionality, appearance, and professionalism at all times

• Provide logistical and operational support to legal teams and visiting partners or staff

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in an office management role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Solid understanding of local labour laws and regulatory requirements in the UAE

• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus but not essential
