ABOUT THE POSITION

What We’re Looking For:

Wild&Org is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to support the CEO in their day-to-day activities for our upcoming chain of cafes in Jeddah. 

The Office Manager will create organizational clarity and stability, acting as a filter for the CEO’s ideas and ensuring efficient and smooth daily operations.

What You’ll Do:

Meet regularly with the CEO to discuss and solve issues or concerns.

Participate in meetings, taking notes, recording action items, and key points.

Negotiate deals and opportunities on behalf of the CEO.

Arrange and remind the CEO of appointments, managing their calendar efficiently.

Maintain paper/digital records, files, and organize all digital assets.

Act as a filter for the CEO by handling incoming/outgoing calls and communications.

Manage CEO’s travel coordination, both domestic and international.

Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers/vendors.

Track and follow up on orders and deliveries.

Ensure that day-to-day administrative needs are fulfilled.

Handle digital tasks, including project-related activities, e-menu for partners, etc.

Perform other duties as needed to support the CEO and the business.

Handle any personal needs outside the office to free the CEO’s time.

What We’re Looking For:

4 years of professional services experience with execution capability.

A 4-year degree in a relevant field.

Excellent computer literacy (Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google).

Ability to self-learn new tools and productivity software.

Well-organized, detail-and-process-oriented.

Ability to organize and file physical (paper) and digital documents.

A strong communicator who is comfortable interacting at every level.

Top-notch correspondence and writing skills in both Arabic and English.
