About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage both administrative and executive support responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level executive support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel logistics
Manage daily office operations to ensure an efficient and professional work environment
Order and maintain inventory of office supplies, ensuring consistent availability
Coordinate invoice collection, tracking, and liaison with finance for timely processing
Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external vendors
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the leadership team
Support general administrative tasks, including HR and procurement coordination as needed
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all communications
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in office management, executive assistance, or a similar administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business software tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
Ability to work independently and manage sensitive information with discretion
Must be an Omani
