About the Role
Provide direct, high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO and Chairman in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, scheduling internal and external meetings, strategic engagements, and travel itineraries.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal departments, board members, clients, and partners.
Prepare, organize, and maintain important documents, board materials, business correspondence, and meeting minutes.
Support the planning and execution of executive meetings, presentations, and high-level business reviews.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Assist in monitoring and following up on business priorities, project timelines, and key executive-level action items.
Oversee the smooth functioning of the executive office, including office management tasks and coordination with other departments.
Support in the creation of reports, internal memos, and cross-departmental communications in both Arabic and English.
Act as a trusted gatekeeper to optimize the CEO’s time, workflow, and focus on strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience (2+ years) as an Executive Secretary, Office Manager, or in a similar executive support role.
Experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in the financial services, fintech, or tech sectors.
Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with modern collaboration tools.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of initiative.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
Flexibility and adaptability to support a dynamic executive office in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
