|About the role
The office coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for visitors, manage office-related inquiries, oversee daily operations, and ensure a well-organized workplace
This role will also assist with scheduling, travel coordination, calendar management, and administrative tasks to support overall efficiency
|What You’ll Do
Front Desk & Visitor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while handling inquiries and directing visitors appropriately
Executive Assistance & Scheduling: Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and task prioritization to enhance efficiency
Office Operations & Facility Management: Oversee office logistics, supplies, and facility maintenance to ensure a well-organized and productive workplace
Administrative Support & Coordination: Manage correspondence, document handling, and office-wide coordination tasks to streamline operations and communication
|Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
|Technical and Behavioral Skills
Experience & Expertise: Proven experience in office administration, reception, and executive assistance, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
Organizational & Multitasking Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, and ensure smooth office operations in a dynamic environment
Communication & Professionalism: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic, with a professional demeanor and a customer-centric approach
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office management tools, including scheduling and administrative software, is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
Preferably Bilingual (speaks English and Arabic fluently)
