· Responsible for to record all RMA incoming items in system and proper receipt of all items.

· Responsible for performing product diagnosis, repairs and testing, diagnose problems, including problem identification, research of problem.

· Responsible for Checking and verifying product warranty status and Prepare service charges quotations for out of warranty products.

· Communicate with customer and send service charge quotation through email.

· Record and maintain RMA parts inventory accurately.

· Provides updates, monitoring, tracking, and recordings of all related RMA status within record system database system.

· Update software on all products as needed.

· Follow-up with HIK RMA team for update of pending RMA devices.

· Responsible for checking and testing of return DEMO material.

· Responsible for repairing of LED VIDEO WALL

· Providing latest firmware to technical team when needed.

· After diagnosis and testing of hardware and software to validate product issue, repair or replace the device back to the customers in a timely manner.

· Responsible for to properly update system record of all outgoing material.

· Responsible for to Prepare delivery note, pack and ship ready RMA material to customer.

· Responsible for to provide technical support to customer.

· Perform data analysis and generate daily and monthly RMA reports.

· Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
