Job Opening: Kitchen drawing estimator (3+ Years)

About the Role:
We are looking for an Experienced Kitchen Drawing Estimator to join our team. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who will be responsible for accurately estimating costs, materials, and labor for kitchen projects based on drawing plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen design, estimating, and construction, with the ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications to produce accurate cost estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze kitchen drawings, blueprints, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates
Estimate materials, labor, and other resources required for kitchen projects
Prepare accurate quotations based on project scope and requirements
Work closely with project managers and design teams to ensure estimates align with client expectations and project budgets
Maintain records of estimates and revisions, ensuring all data is up to date
Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and suggest alternatives to clients when applicable
Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing and quotes
Assist in managing project budgets and timelines to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Kitchen Drawing Estimator or similar role in the kitchen design and construction industry
Strong understanding of kitchen layout design, materials, and construction processes
Proficiency in using estimating software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Excel)
Ability to read and interpret architectural and kitchen drawings
Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
A background in interior design or construction is a plus
