Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable salesperson to join our kiosk team at Ibn Battuta Mall. The ideal candidate will have a passion for holistic wellness and a strong ability to connect with customers, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
Provide detailed information about our product offerings and their benefits.
Drive sales through effective product promotion and upselling.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing kiosk.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in retail or sales, particularly in wellness or related fields, is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
A genuine interest in holistic wellness practices and products.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
