We are looking for a proactive Indoor Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales for our rope access services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and closing deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on potential leads.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and contracts.
Identify potential business opportunities through market research.
Coordinate with the operations team to schedule services.
Maintain an up-to-date sales database and prepare regular reports.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service, preferably in rope access, construction, or industrial services.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of rope access services (preferred but not mandatory).
