To perform day-to-day administrative duties by reporting to management, drafting documents and entering data, and scheduling appointments. Also perform tasks such as keeping files, booking meetings, setting appointments, and managing day-to-day operations of the team.
Responsibilities
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, promptly and professionally.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, including room booking and agenda preparation.
Maintain organized records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Help others get the most out of internal communications systems by offering support and advice.
Produce, update and provide best practice support on complex MS documents, databases and other departmental systems, advising colleagues when needed, and using own expertise to help improve processes.
Monitor office supplies and order team requirements or replacements for office stationery.
Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.
Maintain a record of correspondence and organize filing of all office-related documents.
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong verbal and writtencommunication.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with office software.
Ability to assist in planning and coordinating projects.
Financial Acumen.
