Job Responsibilities

Vendor Management:
Liaise with vendors for office supplies, repairs, and maintenance services.
Customer Interaction

Occasionally assist in handling inquiries from visitors or clients at the office.
Compliance:
Ensure that office operations adhere to company policies and procedures.
Education
and skills:
Experience:
1-2 years in a similar role preferred.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration are advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent organizational and
