Job Summary:
We are seeking a presentable and service-oriented Office Assistant to support day-to-day office operations while ensuring a high standard of hospitality for guests and employees. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining office organization, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment, particularly for VIP visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
– Serve Arabic coffee and dates to guests and ensure availability at all times
– Prepare and burn Oud/Bakhoor daily to maintain a pleasant office ambiance
– Wear Kandora as part of the professional, guest-facing presentation
– Welcome VIP guests and ensure proper hospitality etiquette is followed
– Coordinate with building security to facilitate guest access and entry
– Collect deliveries and shipments from reception in a timely manner
– Sort, organize, and distribute office shipments, supplies, and groceries
– Assist with pantry stock checks and maintain accurate inventory levels
– Set up meeting rooms/boardrooms prior to meetings and clear after use
– Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of common areas and office spaces
– Monitor pantry supplies and ensure regular replenishment
