Duties and Responsibilities:
Wipe the tables, switch on photocopying machine & showcase light, replenish paper in photocopy, and fax machines & printers.
Ensure the cleanliness & tidiness of the whole area including the offices, reception area, meeting room, conference room & washrooms.
Prepare & serve drinks to managers & guests and for the staff if necessary.
Assist the secretaries / coordinators in faxing, photocopying, filling of documents & disbursing letters / documents etc. to other departments.
Collect documents & mails from the business center to be distributed to the concerned staff.
Take telephone calls in the absence of the secretary.
Guide the micro staff to ensure proper cleaning & disposing of garbage.
Qualifications:
• High School degree / Hospitality / HRM
• Interpersonal Skills
• Communication Skills
• Physically fit
• Memory & Organization Skills
